2. Do you only supply labels?
Labels are our core focus, but we also supply sign boards, packaging films and remanufactured toners and printer consumables. This allows customers to source multiple sustainable print products from one trusted supplier.

3. Do you offer recycling services?
Yes. We offer free recycling programmes for used printer consumables and can advise on recycling routes for label liners and packaging materials.
4. Are your materials certified?
Many of our materials carry recognised certifications such as FSC and compostability standards. We will always advise what certifications apply to each product.

1. Are your labels made to order?
Yes. All labels are produced to your exact size, shape, material and finish requirements. This ensures you get a product that fits your application perfectly.
2. What label materials do you offer?
We offer paper, polypropylene, polyethylene and specialist films, including recyclable and compostable options. We will recommend the best material based on your product and usage environment.
3. Can you print in full colour?
Yes. We offer high quality full colour printing with additional finishes such as varnishes, laminates and foils.
4. What quantities can you produce?
We can produce anything from short digital runs for small brands to high volume flexographic runs for large scale production.
5. Do you provide samples?
Yes. We can supply material samples and, where required, printed samples before full production.
Artwork & Design
1. Can you help with label design?
Yes. Our team can assist with artwork setup and guidance to ensure your files print correctly. We can also recommend design support if you need creative input.
2. What file formats do you accept?
We accept standard print ready formats such as PDF, AI and EPS. If you are unsure we will advise and help you prepare files correctly.
Lead Times
1. What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary by product and quantity but we always confirm timescales at quotation stage. Many standard label jobs can be produced within a few working days where as most of our consumables are available on a next day service.
2. Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes. If you have a tight deadline let us know and we will do our best to accommodate rush production.

1. Do you supply recycled toners?
We supply bespoke printed labels, sustainable signage materials, low impact packaging films and recycled printer consumables. Everything we offer is selected to reduce environmental impact while maintaining reliable quality and performance.
2. Will recycled cartridges affect printer warranties?
No. Our remanufactured cartridges are tested to meet industry standards and will not invalidate your printer warranty.
